Any ideas where to find a block heater for my 1944 M?? The remains of the old one are connected to a head bolt. Thanks in advance.

Hi Brad, Try this toll free number 1-800-328-6108. The name of the company is Phillips & Temro and they're located in MN. They specialize
in block heaters. Their email is pliltem@winternet.com. They probably have a heater that can be installed in the lower radiator
hose. When you look at foreign vehicles with cold start kits you know they know what it takes to start a vehicle at -65 degrees. With about
10 minutes preheat they will start like summer time. Good Luck, Hal

I don't know if you can buy the head bolt heaters anymore. Most guys use the external tank type heaters. I know it is cruel but my old M will start cold to 20 below. in fact so will my WD Alice and I started that in the dead of winter every morning for a week with the hand crank because I was too busy to fix the starter.
