recently purchased international 350 utility gas engine with power steering and two point hitch that has been converted to a three point. My problem is that there is no power on the lift cylinder when lifting an implement unless I move the steering wheel to the left a little bit while holding the valve to lift. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance.

Charlie That system has a deferter valve that sends 2 / 3 gallons to the power steering when you turn the steering wheel a little it put pressure on the valve causeing the oil to try and lift the hitch. So I would say that valve is bad.
