I nhad my Super C weighed in for a pull and it weighed in at 3928.That was with myself, weights on rear and a full tank of gas.I also had a wide front and the two point hitch. The shipping weight was around 2900-3000 or somewhere in that area(from what I have read)

I had my C and Super C weighted on Sat. on a set of scales that weighted me to the exact pound. The Super C was 4,450 lb.s and the C was 4,300 lb.s. Both have no fluid in tires and one set of wheel weights. The super has a fast hitch. Both had about 5 gal.s of gas in them. Hope this helps you.

Paul,
I think something is off here. I have weighed (at tractor pulls) a '51 C (original touch control and PTO) that I installed a fast hitch on at 3100 lbs, and a '52 Super C (230 style hydra touch, PTO, and belt pully) with a Saginaw 3 pnt hitch also at 3100 lbs. Both tractors had just air in the tires (11.2 x 36), no wheel weights (and I subtracted my weight).
The rear weights are 145-150 lbs each, fronts are about 42 lbs each; so one complete set would add 380 lbs. So I could see up to 3500 lbs, but at almost 4500 lbs you've got to have fluid on those tires, or something else we're missing?

Your right, I reread my post and I left off a very important point and I had a mis type on the C. The C was 3300 with my big butt on it and the Super C has a front push blade on it that I'm sure weights a considerable amount. I didn't mean to leave that out the first time.

Hi Paul, I got that weight figure off of one of your postings, although I thought it was a little light.

Did you ever get an e-mail from me?
