Where can I find seals for a 450 Farmall row-crop, factory power steering unit?

If it's a Behlen unit, you can get the o rings at Case/IH. When you have it apart, mic the shaft to see if it is worn badly. Mine was and it would blow out O-rings as fast as I could put them in. You can have a machine shop weld up the shaft and turn it down to the correct diameter. I did this to mine and it never leaked a drop after.

Do you know if a Behlen unit would fit under the hood of a Super M? I have one off of a 400 or 450 and I was wondering if it would fit. Thanks.

I don't know if it will fit under the hood, but I have seen them mounted close to the steering wheel outside the hood.

I have seen that too, now that you say that. I don't want to do that, though. I am keeping this tractor as absolutely original as possible, but I have been considering the luxury of power steering, especially when I am going to mount a picker on it. I know I can manage without, but like I said, a nice luxury to have. Thanks for the reply.

I fixed mine by installing new orings in it. It has beena few years but I dont remeber there being an outer seal. The orings on the inside are what seals it.
