Made the deal friday night to buy a 560 gas.Shes a dream come true to an old boy like me.Bought her from the second owner.I even get the original owners manual. She is dent free and everything works including the TA and the lights. The original owner ordered her with a wide front and stamped steel rear wheels carrying 18.4-34 tires. When the tractor had 70 hours on it(yes I said 70) the original owner took it back to the dealer and had some form of M&W kit put in the engine to have more power to plow with.I hope someone on this board can shed light on this kit as to power increase and the best route to take when the day comes to rebuild.Yes I know before you tell me it will use a lot of gas.Just think of how much fun I will have using her cause I do love the sound of a 6 cylinder farmall engine.O yeah she is a 62.Thanks for any help.

Never heard of a Farmall 460/560 with stamped rear wheels. Factory wheels were cast centers with 38 inch rims. Must be aftermarket, someone can correct me.

my dad purchased his 560 diesel new with 9 bolt stamped rear wheels with 18.4X34's on it too. We have ran 16.9X34's on it for years because we cultivated with it.

Quite a few 560s came with pressed steel rims with 18.4-34s. I'll bet yours has tillage gears
I forget for sure but your SN. will have something that proves it. I know of 3 of them around here

My dad had a M&W piston and sleeve kit installed in his 560 LP Gas It was suppost to give it nearly 10 hp more. I was pretty young but do remember trading it for a 806 and keeping the 560 diesle becuase it still was the best puller.
