Without the axle clamp I am guessing 200 pounds. Neighbor and I removed it so I could change out the axle seal and felt. Took 3 of us to hoist it up on the axle without the clamp until we got it seated in the axle slot. I am guessing the tire/rim at 250 pounds.

Bite the bullet and buy an engine hoist. Many uses. I work alone, and take the rim and tire off first, then the cast hub. I believe the 1st one I changed was on a C. Carefully removed the whole thing as a unit. Hoist tipped over, luckily the opposite direction from me. --Never again! Separately, the H/M hub can be moved around by one person, but I would never try it alone with the tire on, with or without a hoist.

Red: 250 lbs for the cast hub is about right.

I think you are probably very close on that guess, I have a couple of spares in my shop that have to be moved from time to time. I can do it myself by rolling them, but definately don't want to let them get away, and if they do, just get out of the way and let it fall.
