Ok,I just painted my M and I am thrilled about the way it looks. I wanted to take it for a test run today after getting it back together. Went to push in the clutch and put it in gear and all you could hear was grinding. I figure I got some over spray in the clutch area and figured things were sticking. After a while I just put it into gear then started it and off she went, but when I push in the clutch it don't stop!! I even was riding the brakes, going up hill, with the clutch in. Thought for sure that would of un stuck anything. I never changed or adjusted anything before I painted it. It was working great. Would could it be?? I would really appreciate any help.

Apparently the clutch was working OK before?
If so then you are doing the correct thing, might just take a little more of it. You might try parking the tractor in an open area, put it in 5th gear, set the brakes, hold the clutch down, and then try starting it.

Thanks for the fast reply. I got it un stuck allready! Just kept on running it around and pushing in the clutch and it broke free. If the paint sticks to the tractor that well I'll be in good shape!! Thanks again!!
