J.C. how did you check the spark? If you held the wire off the plug you can get a good blue flash but that doesn't mean the plug will fire properly. My H was running on three this spring and I put new D21 Champions in and it has been fine ever since. As was suggested , check the distributor cap, check the wire for resistance then you need to dig deeper if this hasn't helped...ie) valve adjustment, stuck valve, manifold intake leak etc..... .Mike in Exeter Ontario

Check the intake manifold gasket for leaks. Run the engine & spray brake cleaner, carb cleaner or such on the manifold to engine connections. If it hits on all 4 then you have a manifold or gasket problem.
Do you have compression on the cylinder that isn't firing? Run a compression test on all cylinders to compare.
Is a valve rocker arm broken? or misadjusted??
There are several possibilities so start eliminating them one at a time.
Good luck.
