I just bought a very nice set of H spoked wheels on 38" rims. They will look good on my tractor (Twin City). They are quite heavy and the centers look to be cast. The sheet metal centers with spokes were on the model H too right? (4-bolt clamp on type) I am still looking for a set of those if the model Hs had them. After talking to you folks some time ago I thought that type was used on more than just the F-12.

F12 axles are 2-5/8 inch. I have a set if you are interested. H axels are 2-1/2 inch.

Hey Jed where are you located? You got some on 38" rims or all steel?

the heavy cast centers are H wheels. The stamped ones are F-12

Early H steel wheels are of the stamped center type, and the cast center type didn"t appear until 1942..

I have a set of the 4 bolt clamp on style on my 1940 H, they are not original to the tractor, but it proves that they do fit.

Thanks Nebraska Cowman. I could not remember what you told me a while ago. These H ones look real nice, but I saw some F12 ones on a puller model H yesterday. Must be they clamped them down hard because the F12 have bigger axles or so I thought. Looks better and lighter than the Twin City ones.
