They have a form now? All I have done in the past is bring the old cap, along with the model and serial number in to the local Case/IH dealer, and they gave me a new one.

Yes there is a form. My local dealer said the free offer was over years ago, but that information was incorrect. I have received several gas caps since.

They no longer are available through dealers, but can be ordered by sending in the form. Apparently they don't order them unitl they get several requests, then have a batch made up. I've known people to get them as quick as 4 weeks, and to wait as long as 4 months. I got two of them about 1 1/2 months ago after a 5 week wait.

I have gotten 2 batches of the free caps over the last couple of years. Just use the form and in about 4-6 weeks you get new caps. Painted black though....
