DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THE PAINT COLORS WERE FOR THESE TRACTORS. WERE THE IRON WHEELED TRACTORS GREY AND RUBBER TIRED ONES RED OR WAS IT BY THE YEAR AND WHAT YEAR DID THEY CHANGE FROM GREY TO RED. THANKS FOR ANY INFO. JEFF

Even though they changed colors in the late 1936 year they were on the assembly line and were actually 1937 tractors,all 1936 tractors were gray,and 1937&up were red

While the change did not follow a strict change over of iron vs. rubber tires, I have read that the decision to switch from grey to red in 1936 as pg mentioned was supposedly driven by the more frequent use of tractors on public roads with the gaining popularity of rubber tires as an option. The red was thought of as being more visible to automobile drivers.
