Does anyone know what the setting is for the points and plug gap for a Farmall 230. It has been sitting for several years but it is not stuck. Is there anything in particular I need to do before I re-start it. It will get the normal things--wires,plugs, points, condenser, oil, filter, new fuel bowl assembly . Thanks in advance. CC

If it has a distributor I would think 20 thousands on the points 13 thousands mag. I would put some light oil down the spark plug holes and turn the motor over with a crank or jack up one rear tire and put it in gear and turn it over that way. JON
