CNKS, Just wondering if you were able to use your old leather covers to seal the main pistons on your touch control rebuild? I think I can still use mine but they are coated with 55 years of oil and dirt. If you have an alternative please let me know.

I used new rubber boots and also new leather ones from Case-IH, this was in 2002, but I believe they are still available.

Scotty, The last one that I did, I was told that I had to order individual parts and that the boots were on longer available. On that one I used Bicycle intertubes cut to length.

Thanks for the info on getting the kit.

Case IH does offer the later rubber boots for the touch control system..
