A while ago my TA stopped working and someone sugested taking off inspection cover to see if clutch was operating right. Well it releases like it should. So my asumption is the TA itself is bad correct?
I also have a problem with the hydrolics. The bucket will not lift much weight. When I bought the tractor I was told to change filter and hydro fluid. I changed it(with right fluid) and there is no difference(level is fine). The rear draw bar lift seems to be fine and the powersteering seems fine.Is ther more then one place to fill? Does it have to be bleed?I can buy a hydro gage and check pressur.Any comments or ideas would be appricated.

If the tractor comes to a stop when you pull the lever back, then yes, you're going to need a new TA. As for the hydraulics, how much weight are you trying to lift with the loader? The 60 series didn't have more than about 1500 psi to begin with, and if you have a loader with small cylinders, it won't lift much. The first thing I would do is have a farm equipment shop test it with their flow-rater. That will pinpoint the problem.
