Hour do you adjust the governor down on a Super C. It is set up too high and needs to be adjusted back. Where on the governor is the screw to do this?

Also how do you repolarize the generator. I have read different posts on how to do this....but I have a hard time understanding something. I only know which wire goes where by the regulator. I mean I see the bat. and the gen post. In simple terms for us slow people...how do you repolarize these generators?

For the generator question, with the engine shut off, momentarily jumper from the "BATT" terminal on the regulator to the "GEN" terminal on the regulator. Is your "C" hooked up as original, with (+) ground?
