I never heard of a IH engine identified as a 267, M was 248, 264 was Super M & 400, 281 was 450.

I think a c267 is from a 450. It should work in your tractor. A c264 has a bore of 4 inches. I'm not sure about the bore of a c267.

4 cylinders, a 4-1/8" bore and 5" stroke gives you 267.28 cubic inches.

But M's, Super M's, 400's & 450's are all 5-1/4" stroke.
