What is the point gap on an H gag. The feeler gauge that came with the kit is .020, the book i have says .013. wich is correct? Thanks for your help.

Hi Don I bought my kit at tractor supply a few months ago and it came with a 20 thousands gauge to The correct gap is 13 thousands. JON

Did you get the correct kit? The points for the magento and distributor are similar in appearance, but do not interchange, and since the distributor points are set around .020" it sounds like you may have the point kit for the distributor?

The I&T Shop manual gives .013 mag point gap for all models- The H Owners manual also list .013.
