Does anyone know if any parts form a 1456 will work on a 706? What about tires/wheels, sheet metal, tach cable, PTO linkage, RPM gauge, axles, driver seat, etc. What I don't need off the 1456 will be for sale, anyone looking for any 1456 parts? Anyone parting out a 706?

I am going out on a limb, but I assume the motor is no good in the 14? Otherwise, I would definitely be interested in that. dhanraha@aol.com

I'd be interested in the 1456 emblems if you still have them. E-mail me at jeffsbigdawg@aol.com. THANKS jeff

I only viewed the tractor at a distance. I will have more info in a week or two. If I don't email you in that time period please email me again. Do you have any 706 items to trade? What other items are you looking for?

tires and rims will work if they are they same size, centers will not.
fenders, shift linkage, levers will work if you want to update the shift.engine will bolt right up if you use the 14s frames.

Doesn't take much to measure and see for yourself, presuming you have both tractors.

The rear axles are heavier on the 1456. That precludes you from being able to use the wheels or any of the other rear end parts.

Things like the tach, seat, linkages and whatnot should fit.
