It is called a load check. Basically a double check valve. It takes pressure on one side to shift it to allow the return to tank to open. This keeps your hydraulics up on the older valves that do not have close tolerances. It prevents drift. Generic ones are available at hydraulic supply houses or you can shop the bones yards and swap meets for one.
