I purchased a older Int H tractor. The motor is stuck. It has been sitting for a long time. I have the head and pan off. I have been putting pent oil and Marvel oil in the cyl. What is the best way to free it up. Will pulling it work?

Even if you get it turning you will still have to pull the pistons. Loosen the rod caps and drive the pistons out from the bottom.

Hi Robert, Pour transmission fluid over the pistons and let soak for a few days. Remove rod
cap and use a 2X2 oak or maple to drive out the pistons. Be careful not to damage the machined surface of the crankshaft. I had the same probem
with a Farmall A and I used wood to drive out the
pistons. Several wet sleeves came out with the pistons and I used a torch to heat the sleeves and the pistons were easily removed. I used the old rods with the new pistons and sleeve set. Good Luck, Hal

PS: Your H has dry sleeves and they may come out too.

There are a myriad of ideas of oils ect. Marvel, Kryoil might work. Amazingly, Coca Cola works well!

Put some lubricant/rust breaker in there. Get a block of wood that fits in the cylinder. Take a good sized sledge and whack it a few time, morning and eve, for a few days or a wekk. Will probably come loose.

I wouldn't pull it, if it doesn't break free you will probably bend or break something -- lot of opinions on this, everything from Marvel Mystery Oil to turpentine, to a big hammer, to attaching a big weight to the rear wheel and tugging on it every time you walk by, etc.

Pulling it will probly lossen the sleeves and all without the head . Are all the pistons stuck? if its just on or 2 sometimes you can un hook the rods from the crank and turn the motor over enough to get clearance and hit the pistons with a block of wood. There are some good posts in the previous 2 to 5 pages on how to un freeze a motor.
