Hydrolics question

My neighbor just got a an IH Industrial, Looks like a 330. The three point wont lift so he brought it to me to fix. I checked the hydrolic fluid and it looks low plus is milky.

I need to know how much to put in.

There should be a dipstick on the fill port plug. It doesn't seem to hurt if it's a bit overfull, so if the dipstick is missing, fill it about half full to allow room for expansion. At least - that's the way it works on my 350 which is essentially the same setup
