I have a 856 with a roosa master pump. I had the pump rebuilt last year. They apparently turned the pump up from what it was before. My question is how do you turn the fuel down on this pump? Any info. appreciated.

On that style of pump you need to go through the top cover.Sometimes you need to remove the gov spring and guide stud to get on the screw.

L Hud,

If I remember right, there should be a little black setscrew under that little plate on the side of the pump (might have to bump the engine a little to see it). In for more & out for less (in 1/4 turn increments).

Been a long time ago, so someone please correct me if I'm wrong?

Allan
