YTer's,
I was looking at an SC for parts that is a late '51 or early '52 model; it had an engine oil dipstick. The owner said the pan (now gone) didn't have the petcocks. My SC ('52) has petcocks and no dipstick; why did some have a dipstick, some didn't?
Thanks,
Bill

Probably both are replacemant blocks. C's and SC's were great for breaking the mount flanges off the front of the blocks, as well as the torque tubes. I doubt either tractor was shipped with anything other than petcocks.

It is an option shown in the Super C parts book. My 51 Super C has it and has the correct serial number block.
