Hello, I was wondering how bad a job it is to replace the front main seal on a 1466. Thanks ,YC

There is room to pull the pulley off with out pulling the front casting. All you will need to pull is the fan and shroud. I would also pull the radiator.

Shouldn't be too bad if you've got the equipment to handle it. Most guys just put a jackstand under the clutch housing, then unbolt the front bolster from the frame rails, then roll the whole front end/bolster/grill housing/radiator away. After that, you need a puller to remove the vibration dampner, and then the oil pump comes off.
