Where can i get a steering u joint for a IHC H ? , and how much you think? Its the one under the hood closest to the steering wheel. Thanks

Got one for my M at the case IH dealer. Seems like it was less than $20. Changed it just like a u-joint on a drive shaft. Use a big c clamp and a socket to push out the cups, then reverse to put them back. I never removed the shaft from the tractor

Take the old joint with you to Tractor Supply or simular store and see if you can find one close to the same size. I bought one from Steel Wheel Ranch but had to weld it on the upper shaft and drill a hole in the lower shaft to drive a spring pin through because it did not have a keyway. You will probably have to cut the old one off of the upper shaft with a torch or saw off if it is still original. I think cost between 25 & 30 dollars.

Usually all you have to do is replace the guts, the rest doesn't wear.
