I would like to know if Ican upgrade to the clutch type, also when searching for a replacement
what other models will fit this one
My 400, 450,560, all look the same on outside
but would one off a 50 HP tractor be the same
or strong enough for a 90 HP tractor Thank you LEE

Lee the only difference that I remember is the 300 350 460 had about a 2" spacer in front of the pto because of the rear end housing.

thank you for that the 660 has a 2" + coupling coming off may be a 1.5'shaft linking it to the pto driver shaft
but I still wonder about the upgrade pto(clutchtype) are they better or should I follow up on the gear unit It looks tougher to me than more slipping clutch discs. About that spacer is it internal or just a machined spacer between housings I have never had a problem with my IH PTO UNITS so I am a virgin with this one . Adjustments are very simple to the planetary clutch Thank you to anyone who takes the time to teach me more than what the shop manual states LEE
