I have a '41 M with Lambert disc brakes. I took them apart to inspect and clean them because one worked better than the other. They are both in very good condition. Does anyone know the freeplay adjustment? My books only give the value for IH brakes, and I'm not sure if they adjust the same. Thanks.

I have a 1947 MD with the Lambert brakes. I rebuilt them, and just used my own judgement on the adjustments. I guess using the free play info for the band brakes would work. Do what feels comfortable to you. I don't think it is critical as long as you have working brakes that don't drag when released.

That's sort of what I thought I'd have to do. Thanks.
