I'am trying to install the liners to the right hieght .003". When turned upsidedown they do not sit flat, there is a lip on top of the liner that sits slightly inside the bore in the block. This makes it hard to hold flat in the block. Is there any other way, other than installing them completely in the block. Thanks Tim

Mike the flange and depth mike the counter bore and shim to spec. Make sure that they are press fit and not slip fit , yea i know that perfect circel sayes that you can slip fit them it will be fine , yea sure then you can pull what is left of the sleave from the rod after it breaks the lip off and is sucked down to the crank.
