mccormick deering wd 6

I would like to find more info on a mccormick deering wd 6, on serial plate it says bk with a serial number of 28 thousand something. I would like to know horse power, and any other information you have. The tin is near mint and runs great. Any idea of value?

Your WD6 has a 248 cu in engine rated at about 33 hp. Dave did what I usually do, his figures are for a Super WD6. Your WDBK pre fix indicates that it is a WD6, not Super. If the diesel has been taken care of (they are prone to head cracks) in the condition you describe, minimum $1500, max $2500, depending on how bad someone wants it.

You could have a 48 or 49. Check the ser. numbers under Research & Info. The WD6 has the same engine as the Farmall MD, 264 cu.in... 42hp on the drawbar, and 47.5 on the pto
