Used my 2 bottom Fast Hitch plow for the 1st time on a "real" field. That 6 acre field down the road from me.
Worked pretty good. My home made depth control cylinder bracket worked like a charm. Sure do love the grunt my 400 makes when its workin good and hard.

Kelly: Plowing, my all time favourite job on the farm. A good working plow is a pleasure to use. You'll like the way it is working much better with that depth control working as it should. How are you able to do on your furrow size? Right versus left? You never did say how wide the tractor is set on wheels.

Its not set right. The furrow wheel is set out to far. I tried to move the wheel in but I broke a 3/4 drive breaker bar on the bolts. So I figured I better leave well enough alone for now.
The rear wheel rides just a bit on the last cut. The front wheel on my wide front is exactly where it needs to be.
Maybe I will drive it over to the welders and see if he can put the fire wrench to losen the bolts for me.
