806 trans brake?

the trans brake on an 806 i am looking at is wired up so it does not engauge. how hard is this to fix. i know it is hard to say without looking at it but i am looking at some options.

You would have to drain the hytran out with the plug in the trans brake plate then you can remove the plate and have all you need off to fix.

Depends on why it was wired up so as not to engage.
