off subject - delete a classified add

Maybe I'm dumb but I can't figure how to delete a classified add. Would appreciate help. Thanks

You have to have the ad number and your password, at the top off the add section there is a menu that says someting about editing and deleteing and a few other things, hit delete ad then have your add number and your password I've stumbled through it a time or two you'll figure it out. Brian

Seems to me from what I can see is that you have to be an administrator or a moderator. Makes sense otherwise all kinds of people would be deleting stuff they didn't like.

Tried everything, can't delete my New Holland 1496 from the classified, that has sold. Can't find a menu with "delete" on it. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
