Dumb Tire Question

I have a Farmall Super C that I'm in the process of restoring. It appears to have 2 different size rear tires. Printed on the side of the right tire is (11.2-36 on 10" rim), and printed on the left is (12.4-36 on 11" rim). As near as I can tell from trying to measure the wheel or rim, it's (11"x 38"). What size should actually be on this tractor ? Can someone also explain to me what those numbers designate...? For example does 11.2 mean tire width and 36 mean inside diameter ??
Thank's, Rick

Rick, I have a model 200 which is the same rims as the C's, Mine has 11.2-36 / 10-36 4 ply Firestone tires fluid filled. I have wondered what the 10-36 numbers meant also.

The original tires on mine are 10x36, 11.2 replaced it. Sometimes farmers installed a larger tire on the right side to lift the tractor more level for plowing. 36inch is the inside diameter of the rim. 11.2 is the width of the tire at its greatest width, the 10 on the original tire was measured at the rim.

1st mistake you've ever made!! 10 was the tread width.
