I have just finished painting my Super H with Case-IH Iron Guard enamel. How long should I wait to apply my computer cut vinyl decals?

I wait 30 days, the IH paint takes awhile to cure. I had a set of die cut vinyl decals made for an early Super A that I restored because I couldn't find ones with the correct wording. They are not a no-brainer to apply. I had trouble getting the small letters, "Cultivision" in the round hood decal in particular, to stay with the hood and not come back off with the face paper. I ruined one before taking the hood and decals to the truck lettering place that made them for me. One of the techs there put them on for me and made it look soooo easy. Practice make's perfect. He laid each one out with small pencil marks and applied them one half at a time, the long way instead of left to right like you would with mylar decals. The correct police don't approve of die cuts but they do look nice and after all, it's YOUR tractor. Let us know how you make out. Link

gauger - I am assuming pictures don't lie
Those are some of the nicest restorations I've seen. Obviously it's done for love and not profit.
