what will make radiator fluid come out of the bottom of a farmall 140 1966 tractor for unkown reason it started all of a sudden?

Huston: Just looked at the IT manual and there is indeed frost plugs one on each side about 3 to 4 inches above the level of center line of crank. Like RLS. said it has to be one of those rusted.

There is a freeze plug at the rear of the block that could be rusted out. I can't remember if its above or below the bellhousing.
