On my Cub, i can push the arm the extends to the back of the tractor for the easy lift mecanism(sp) all the way up when the tractor ain't running. Is something wrong or is this supposed to be? thanks

Never heard of one bing that way. Can you also push it the other way? Does it lift implements normally?

I never tried pushing it the other way. I never had ant implements on it yet
