Where would be a good place to find a good 3pt setup for an M tractor? I think V-B sells them, anyone else? Is the top link a standard top-link anchor, or do they use some special shortened deal?

Cross Manuf. in Mindenmines,Mo. also has been building nice hitch's for all the older tractors that did not offer 3 pt. hitches. I think he has been building them for 20 yrs. mayby longer.Nice man to deal with.

Steel Wheel Ranch also sells Cross. I know very little about them, except that there was a post a while back that was not too complementary, at least for the one for a C. With the Saginaw for the H-450, you can bolt on the original drawbar, and use the swinging part that attaches under the rear end. The Cross has it's own drawbar, but you can't use the swinging part. Cross has one hyd cylinder, Saginaw has two, if that makes any difference.

The best 3-points are sold by Saginaw County tractor -- $625 + shipping, does not include hoses, but does include two cylinders. www.saginawcountytractor.com. The top link is also included and is a standard top link.

Paul, Another vote for Saginawcounty 3pt hitch. They are an excellent value and real heavy duty.
