I already have "Farmall letter series " by Guy Fay, "Farmall the golden age 1924-1954" by Lee Klancher, and "Big book of Farmall tractors" by Robert Pripps. Are there any others that I should have in my collection?

Pitcher books are nice but Updike's book and the one by Braumheckel & Borghoff are my first choice. Wendels is good but has a few(very few) errors, might be typos.

yup, 150 years of International Harvester by C H Wendel. The binding is broken on mine.

What is the last year covered by Wendel's book? And does it have any specs., like serial number range, HP, weight, cubic inches, etc?

I don't have Wendel's book, but the best book for that is Guy Fay's "International Harvester Tractor Data Book". The first listed is the 15-30, the last is the 650. It does not cover the 460/560, etc, or anything after early 1958. Also has an excellent explanation of the IH parts numbering system, casting dates, engine and chassis serial number codes, etc. Ken Updike also has one, not as detaied, but covers all IH tractors from 1939-1985, with the possible exception of the imports.
