I need a 20', 6"-wide flat belt to run a cordwood saw powered by a '47 H. What is a good mail or web-order source for a belt like this? Thanks.

If you want to buy a new belt, go to hitnmiss.com and look under parts catalog. They have a selection of belting and lacing. They will custom make any size you want. Not cheap though, but used ones are not so cheap on E bay either.

Hi have you considered a belt from a round baler.
Our local General Bearing outlet sells round baler belt by the foot and has the tool to make the joints.

Check with some farmers or baler dealers. There are lots of old round baler belts discarded. You can use one with multiple joints and if it looks a little old, it might be nice.
