The machine is a industrial I.H.3444.I will run the machine for an hour and the oil level will rise about 1qrt-2qrts.Any ideas,I think it`s hydraulic oil.

3 things it could be. 1 gas leaking in from a bad fuel pump. 2 diesel same as #1 or 3 hydraulic fluid leaking in fron a bad seal in the power steering pump. The fuel pump is easiest to check, take it off and soap it up good and pucker up and blow in it.You could use an air hose and real low presure. If that is not the trouble take the P/S pump off and put a new seal in it. I had a 3414 gas and in 10 years I had your trouble twice, both times it was a bad fuel pump.

Hi is it a Diesel with the BD154 engine like the ag 444? If it is a Diesel sometimes it is Diesel fuel from the fuel pump on the right side of the block. The fuel pump has a diaphram in it that gets a pin hole in and can leak Diesel fuel into
the crank case.
If it is hydraulic oil then it is probably a seal on the hydraulic pump on the right front of the engine. There could be two hydraulic pumps ganged together, one is 3 pt and the other is power steering.

Good luck
JB

I changed the fuel pump to a electric so i know it`s not causing the oil level to rise.I do have a hydraulic single pump mounted on the right side of hte engine. Thanks JB
