The front mounting holes are the same. The turning arm has a smaller bolt pattern. All yo have to do is notch the arm to fit. The side frames are 2" narrower on an H than a M. Some times you can just drill new holes in the rear bracket.

Check the archives as this was discussed several months ago. Seems like the bolt pattern/spacing is a little wider on the M if I remember right. Sounds like you can make it work but it will take some effort.

Chad, I've done this swap on my 300 (using a 400 WFE). The bolt holes are spaced 4 1/2" on center, square. Additionally, they are 3/4" holes for the M, while the H, 300, 350 uses 5/8" bolts. The frame rails are 18" across on the H, 300, 350 (If I recall correctly) and 20" on the larger series. You'll have to make a new rear bracket which is less difficult than it sounds if you have some plate stock lying around. The front pedestal mount can either be notched to accomodate the smaller bolt pattern, or you can cut the whole plate off your WFE and just weld a new one on (Which is what I did). The plate is easy enough to make. Good luck!
