Andy pulled the old injectors and replaced them with rebuilt from Salem Farm Equipment. Th old injectors did not have a bronze sealing ring over the tip, while the new did. No 1 and 2 will not seal now, but 3 thru 6 seem okay. Also, the 666 will not start even when warm without a starting fluid. It runs nice when running.
Have you experienced any problems like these ?

Would suspect brass sleeve 675442C1 is leaking, these are same parts for all IH D/DT312-360-414-436-466, they are copper-brass and reuse is not recommended.

Wayne, Dont have an answer for your question but noticed your doing business with Salem Farm Supply. Was wondering were you are located? I go right through Salem on Rt#22 on the way to my place in East Wells,Vt. I was going to suggest to check your glow plugs but your saying that it wont even start warm. Talk to you later.
