Farmall 140 or is it?

I noticed in the picture ads #63850 what appears to be a Farmall A with a 140 grill. It is however listed as a 140. Could I be wrong, and can this be a 140 without hydraulics? Looks mighty fishy to me, how about you all? This guy, Tim Grey, has been the topic of discussion in prior threads. Not in a positive way if I remember correctly.

I saw that, and I agree. The only think 140 is the grill. It's not even a Super A. I think it is an A or as others said, just a mix of parts.

Paul: I saw that and initially it was called a 100, I E mailed him suggesting he call it a Farmall Variety. He promptly got back to me suggesting there was a type-o-error, it is really a 140.

I have news for him, Farmall A or SA include hood, steering wheel, tie-rods are pre 1951, front wheels Farmall A, no hydraulics and I don't see a breather tube. About the only thing 140 on that tractor is the grill and front section of hood around radiator. It looks rather fraudulant. I wonder if he may have an assembly line for Farmall Variety's.

Everything but the grill looks old A to me. The bell housing and fuel tank support are definitely old A. It even has a control lever for a pneumatic lift.
