Great forum here, but I stay up too late reading all the posts! I have a 76 Cub with a 60" belly mower, are there any mowing attachments made for a Cub as in a rotory type pull behind mower that would help me mow 4+ achers faster that 2 days? Thanks in advance.

A Cub will pull a 5 gang reel mower on level ground in 3rd gear. You could probably find a heavy duty ex-golf course unit made by Jacobson for around 2-3 hundred. It will cut 10 feet per pass. I got mine off a local college. It shouldn't take more than 1/2 hour to cut 4 acres.

You can buy a new trailer type mower that runs on its own engine. I see people pulling them with lawn mowers 4-wheelers and I seen a guy pulling 2 of them off set each other With a Farmall A and he had a 60" deck under that. He has a air plane run way he cuts. It was neat to see.
