What is the difference between the "Little Wonder" and "Little Genius" plows? John.

When dad was collecting old internationals, he always called the Little Wonder, the Little Wanderer. He use to do some antique plowing contests.

John: A Little Wonder plow may or may not have a tail wheel. The tail wheel is fixed, if no tail wheel it will have a long land side on the back moldboard.

The Little Genius will have a tail wheel that not only pivots but also lifts the rear of the plow. There will be a linkage running from tail wheel along the top of the plow and hooked into and activated by the rockshaft of the left front wheel. This causes the plow to lift and lower front end first, making much neater headlands.

The Little Genius was the delux plow and Little Wonder economy.

Hi the little wonder plow had a fixed tail wheel, meaning that it did not pivot anywhere, the little genius has a tail wheel that follows where the plow goes, pivots. Hope this helps. Send me a pic, I can probably tell you what ya got. I have 6 little genius plows here now. Good luck. Matt

I don't pretend to know nothin' about anything but think thar the Wonder was a lighter cheaper plow. Not sure but I don't think the Wonder had a tail wheel.
