Just wondering what a serial # like FBK-194022XI means on an old M...

What does the FBK mean and what does the XI on the end mean??

the FBK tells u its an M and the X1 means its was gas burner from the factory and not the kero. or distilate version

FBK was the standard designator for the Farmall M throughout the production run. The X1 at the end of the serial number signifies its a gas engine. With that serial number it is a 1949 model.
