I have a International WBK #21031 with a WBKM 676 motor. I can not get it to charge when running. Would like to know exactly what I have and if there is a manual or wiring diagram available.

You have a 1947 W-6. Should have the cutout charging system. The field on the gen. is grounded through the light switch, either directly or through a resistor for 2 different charging rates. Take a wire and ground the field at the generator to the engine or other good ground. If it charges then there is a problem with the ground at the light switch. This can be caused by rusty bolts/ contact points between switch/ammeter box and agood solid ground such as the engine or chassis. A wire connected to the switch and the chassis should cure this.
