I got the wife's Super A out first the first time yesterday. The wife wanted to plow up the garden spot. I had to pull start the tractor. It ran fine for a few minutes but the throttle did not seem to work although it was connected properly. She was in a hurry to plow so I told her to go ahead and try it. In a few minutes I looked over and smoke was bellowing out the exhaust. This is the first time the tractor has smoked. I mean this was a hugh amount of smoke. What happened???

That is why it is always good to have 1 or 2 spare tractors in wings for the wife to use. Explain it to her that way.

Float in carb. either stuck or has a hole in it allowing to much gas to the carb.

Assuming that was black smoke and not blue or white.
