I am looking at a 2 bottom spinner plow...a 2 way plow. It has the Super Chief bottoms. I think made in the 1960's. It is 3 point, and has the newer shares too. The decal (I think) says 620? Maybe 602. Hard to see. Does anyone know about these? What model are they? I think it has a 16 inch cut. Just want to know for my Farmall 350 to use it in a garden plot. It rotates by a cylinder, and has a chain type setup that turns the plow over. It looks straight and will be auctioned in 1 week..... anyone tell me anything ? Thanks so much !

MJD: I don't know a whole lot about roll over plows, but did happen to have my plow book out for other questions. 620 is indeed a model number for 2 bottom roll over plow. My book covers late 50s, 60s and early 70s and that is the only 2 bottom version Model numbers 631 and 641 are 3 and 4 bottom models.

Just going through the parts book these have a lot more moving and weare parts than a regular 2 bottom plow, however check out that turning device. If bushings, pins, chain, sprokets, etc. are in good shape, you should have a garden plow trouble free for a couple hundred years. These were designed to do a lot of roll overs in a year.

On price it will depend on just who else is looking that day. I'm thinking it will go for scrap price. Do act too excited about it, I think you will get a good buy.
