I currently have 2 sets of 2 point fast hitch plows, one super A mounted plow, and one C, 2 bottom mounted plow, what I need to know is will the moldboards and parts off the mounted plows work on the fast hitch plows just needing to know before I go outside and bust a few knuckles. Thanks Rex

Rex: The other item I forgot to mention before is the model of two point hitch plow will make a difference. The older ones will likely have General Purpose bottoms or if by chance you have a Canadian built plow it could have Ace bottoms. Some of the newer and heavier two point hitch plows could have Plow Chief or Super Chief bottoms. These last two will allmost certainly have trip beams. There are also variations of some of the bottoms. Either way your safest approach is look at part numbers. Problem with part numbers on mold boards at least, you must do the knuckle busting first, as the part number is usually behind surface where it bolts on. Frog numbers should be exposed though.

Rex: They could all be different, or in fact could all be the same. Your best bet is turn those plows over and get some part numbers from mold boards and the frogs. If the frogs are the same the mold boards will interchange even though mold boards may be different. I wouldn't advise using two different mold boards on one plow though.

I expect what you will discover is the C 2 bottom plow is the same as the 2 two point hitch plows and that the Super A plow will be different. Super A plow if 2 bottom, probably has 12" bottoms and the rest will be 14" bottom. That is just a guess, without part numbers I have no way of knowing. If Super A plow is 1 bottom it could be a 16" bottom.
